The 2005 AIDC Videotheque provides delegates, filmmakers, networks, sales agents, distributors - with the opportunity to showcase their documentaries for sale at the 10th Australian International Documentary Conference in Adelaide.
The Videotheque is an extensive video library with viewing facilities, backed by a catalogue of all titles.
The visitors of Videotheque are mainly program buyers, film festival programmers and distributors looking for documentaries.
The Videotheque is located at the conference venue and will be open throughout the four day event.
The deadline for Videotheque entries closed 11 February 2005
Entry Fees
1-2 titles = AUD$15
3-5 titles = AUD$45
All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Accepted Formats
We will accept:
DVD (region 4 or region free)
VHS tapes (PAL/NTSC) - Please ensure it is a good quality tape and the documentary is the only thing on the tape.
If you have both formats, DVD is our preferred format.
Deadline
You must submit the Videotheque Entry Form, payment and tapes/DVDs by Friday, 11 February 2005.
Alternatively, you may submit the entry form and payment by the deadline and bring the tapes/DVDs with you to the AIDC if you wish. See Submitting Your Tapes/DVDs for more information if you plan to bring your tapes/DVDs to the conference

Submitting Your Tapes/DVDs
You may post your tapes/DVDs with your completed Videotheque Entry Form and payment (by Friday, 11 February 2005) to:

or, you may send the entry form and payment alone (by Friday, 11 February 2005) and bring your tapes/DVDs with you to the AIDC. We will be recieving tapes/DVDs on:
Sunday, 20 February 2005 from 2pm - 5pm (at the Registration Desk on the ground floor of the Hilton Adelaide)
Monday, 21 February 2005 from 7.30am - 9am (in the Videotheque Room)
Please note the Videotheque room will only receive tapes/DVDs where the entry form and payment has been received by Friday, 11 February 2005. We will not accept new entries at the conference or after Friday, 11 February 2005.
Collection Of Your Tapes And/Or DVDs
Tapes and/or DVDs submitted to the Videotheque can be collected from the Videotheque room on:
Thursday, 24th February 2005 between 4:00pm and 6:30pm.
We regret that we can not post your tapes/DVDs back to you. Tapes/DVDs will not be returned after the event.
