As a follow up to the extremely productive round table with the French Delegation in Perth at AIDC 2004, the AIDC will hold an International Co-Production Summit in 2005.
Producers from Australia and international delegations will be present along with international and national commissioning editors. This summit will address issues faced by producers and broadcasters working in international co-productions and will attempt to find solutions to some of the challenges of the co-pro world, including the treaties, the individual country requirements and so on.
Seats are strictly limited.
Entry to the summit is invitation by application for producers who are already working in the international marketplace. The deadline for applications was Friday 17 December 2004.
If your application is successful, access to the summit will cost AUD$50.
The summit will be a pre-launch to one of the major program strands of the AIDC 2005 - International Co-Productions.
A summary of the summit will be presented at the AIDC and issues raised at the summit will be dealt with in the AIDC Plenary Session.

Notification Of Sucessful Applicants
Applicants will receive a receipt of application by email.
Successful applicants will be emailed notification by 7 January 2005.
Unsuccessful applicants will be emailed notification by 21 January 2005.

Access to the summit will cost AUD$50.
The International Co-Production Summit will be held on the day before the conference, Sunday 20th February 2005, 10am - 3pm.
